The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for: 1. Engineering: Providing Feed, detailed engineering and design services that meet all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in refinery operations. 2. Procurement: Efficiently sourcing and supplying all necessary materials, equipment, and services required for the projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and compliance with specified standards and specifications. 3. Construction: Executing construction activities in line with approved designs, adhering to safety protocols, quality assurance measures, and project schedules to minimize disruptions to refinery operations. 4. Commissioning Support: Conduct thorough testing, validation, and commissioning of all systems and components to ensure they are fully operational, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into the refinery-s existing infrastructure.
